Off-campus Headquarters:
This subcommittee functions to locate appropriate off-campus headquarters and temporary office space for the union in the event that such facilities become necessary. The headquarters is the place where the negotiators and Crisis Committee hold meetings and plan further activities. Additional activities of the subcommittee include staffing the temporary office, arranging for phone installations (usually two lines), providing support for demonstrators and pickets (rides, food, child-care, etc.)
